Lara started doing this tongue thing..... it is quite interesting. I really don't remember doing that at all. So where did she gets it from??? Really don't know.... But it is quite interesting to watch!

Dinner at Grandmas - 21st March 2008

We ahh.... forgot to bring a bib. Like 90% of the time when Lara goes over to Grandmas. Of all things.... anyway at least I didn't not remember the nappies, that will be worse. As you can see, she has to wear this massive towel as a bib. Well.... she didn't eat very much that night anyway. But it reminded us of our trip to Hawaii, where she wears bibs for breakfast, lunch and dinner.

Lets go to the beach - 17th March 2008

We are going to the beach again! The only thing is that Lara does not wear hats. So that means she has to have sun screen applied to her whole face and head!








10 MINUTUES OF WHINNING LATER..... We have a spiky hair baby! Look at her hair! She does not know how funny she looks!! Reed and I were laughing our heads off.








Lara has just learnt to stand and walk. However, he is still a bit unsteady on walking on the sand! She has a great time though! Days like these make us feel really proud to be living in Frankston. We can go to the beach anytime we want!

Babies in the car - 17th March 2008

Lara is taking her baby for a ride! This is the beginning of her being attached to a toy. Before this she really didn't have a comforter or even show any interest in soft toys!







Since then she has her baby when ever she goes to bed or play at home. Baby does go out with us. It is very cute in the mornings when you pick Lara up and she make this "ah..ah...ah.." sound to remind you to pick 'her' baby up too!








We got this car from the toy library in Frankston. The toy library has saved our lives! We try to exchange toys as often as we can. It is great for us to go to the library to borrow some books and then to the toy library. The toy library has been running for 30 years straight, it is a huge accomplishment!

Day at the playgound - 12th March 2008

Lara managed to push all the pillows off the bed!

Lara started walking quite late! She was 16 months when she started walking. These are some of her confident walking shots!

We were at the doctors for Reed's blood test for the army. There were some toys and dress up things! We thought it would be fun to dress her as a gladiator!

You may not be able to tell but my pupils are HUGE! the army made me have these eye drops that dilate your pupils so that they are massive and let in heaps of light. who bought the druggie?

Sparkling waters - 10th Feb 2008

This is one of my favorite picture of Lara and Reed. You cannot see their faces, but it is just beautiful with the bright blue sky, sparkling waters and lovely sand. We love going to the beach just to have a lay down for awhile marvel at this beautiful world that Heavenly Father had created and to relax of course and see Lara tumble over the sand again and again...

Dad's birthday - 12th Feb 2008

My dad turn 58 today, it was nice that Lara gets to celebrate it with him. Not very often we all get to celebrate a birthday together.

How much do I get in my red bag? - 6th Feb 2008

7th of Feb was Chinese New Year and Lara had her first red bag for the first time. She gets the idea real quick! First thing she did was have a look at INSIDE of the bag!

Every night we check on Lara before we go to bed, just to make sure she has her blanket on. I don't know why we bother to do this, we takes them off straight away anyway. I thought these photos were hilarious. I have no idea how she did and how on earth would that be comfortable!

Havn't seen me drive before? 2nd Feb 2008

Every now and then we let Lara have a bit of a drive in the car. She loves it, she turns on the winder swiper, turn the volume up and down and attempt to move the steering wheel right and left. She really enjoys it, must got it from her daddy because I do not enjoy driving at all!

This is how I eat weetbix - 28th January 2008

As usual, Lara loves get into the pantry and take anything she can get her hands on. I never knew anyone that eat weetbix just they way it is! Well, Lara did and she didn't mind it at all. She was a bit thirsty afterwards though.

Every day at 3pm Lara wakes up from her afternoon nap. It has always happen the say way..... wake up complaining that she has woken up, then stand up in her cot, complain a bit more and raise her arms up to be picked up and then complain a bit more, sometimes roll on the floor and then she is fine!

Lara is fascinated with onions, she goes to the cupboard, open it, pick the onion out of the box, starts peeling it and then take a bite in it. It is quite fascinating to watch. It is funny that she hates how it tastes but she still goes back to and it again and again.
